We are raising funds to install fencing enabling us to expand our pasture for the rescued farm animals at Piece of Heaven Project Farm Animal Sanctuary. Our current pasture is at risk of becoming overgrazed, and expanding will provide more space for the animals to graze, roam, and live comfortably, and for the current pasture to recover.

Our existing pasture is not large enough to sustain the growing number of animals in our care. A new pasture will improve their quality of life by providing fresh grazing land and reducing overuse of the current area. Secure fencing is also crucial to ensure the animals safety from predators , hunters and vehicles on the road. Expanding our pasture will mean that we will need to buy much less hay , primarily only when the snow is on the ground. This investment will mean we will be far more financially sustainable to continue our work caring for farm animals in the future.

Our goal is to raise $20,000. These funds will be used to purchase fencing materials, cover labor costs for installation, and prepare the land for safe and sustainable use.

Every donation counts! If we don’t reach our full goal, we will prioritize securing as much fencing and pasture expansion as possible with the funds raised.

Any additional funds will go toward further improvements to the sanctuary, including shelter enhancements, medical care for the animals, and other infrastructure needs.
